All participating agents will receive ten copies of the magazine, in addition to a predesigned email within Marketing Center to share with your network.
Listings will appear with their associated state, which will be arranged in alphabetical order. The listings within each state will appear in order by price, from highest to lowest. If price changes following submission, price may be removed and listed as “Price Upon Request” (no exceptions).
Design reserves the right to select a photo used from options provided by agent, or reject if it does not meet standards. Virtual staging and virtual renderings will not be approved.
Agent logos may not be placed within the Curated Magazine.
All listings must meet the luxury threshold for their region to be included.
There is a limit of one email address and one phone number per contact.
Agents are entitled to one round of revisions, in which they can adjust copy only. No changes to the
format will be approved.
For all listing pages, listing descriptions may not exceed 6 words and may feature a maximum of 2 contacts per page.
